Blind hemming is never an easy technique – it demands quite a bit of practice (and patience!). Or you can make it much easier and use your overlocker to blind hems using a blind hemming foot. The blind hemming foot trims edges, finishes and hems in one easy operation.
The Brother Blind Hemming Foot for overlockers trims the edges. It finishes & hems in one easy operation! Also, it’s really helpful for hemming knits and garments where you do not want the thread to show too much.
This foot is especially designed to let you hem without seeing prominent visible stitches on the outside of your fabric. Although you might still see just a little bit of thread.
Line up the fabric so that the folded edge is up against the blind hem foot guide. The guide hold will hold it perfectly in place. Remember to remove the right needle on your overlocker and adjust your settings according to the included instructions in the packaging.
