Feiya Embroidery Machines: Single-Head
If you’re a savvy embroiderer or have a start-up embroidery business, single-head machines are a perfect choice.
A step up from the domestic embroidery machine, the Feiya single-head embroidery machine is more rugged for the commercial and industrial environment. It works faster, has more needles (which is a huge time-saver) and includes one head which enables you to do embroidery on caps.
Feiya embroidery machines’ single-head range has something this brand can be proud of, as there is currently no other brand with models which accommodate as large embroidery embroidery areas as the Feiya’s.
Feiya 12-Needle Embroidery Machine
The Feiya CTF-1201 has 12 needles and a single-head, with the normal sized embroidery area of 330x500mm area. You can choose from a keypad screen or the slight more expensive touch screen. It’s ideal for your average garment and cap embroidery.
Feiya 15-Needle Embroidery Machine
Should you be planning to embroider larger motifs on for instance bed linen, the 15-needle single-head is what you’re looking for! The CTF-1501(700) embroidery machine has a 200mm larger area than the 12-needle’s, measuring 330x700mm. It also has a touch screen with auto-thread trimming.
However, in our opinion, one of the best Feiya embroidery machines are without a doubt the CTF-1501(1200), with an astonishing 500x1200mm embroidery area! With its touch screen and auto-thread trimming features, you can now embroider as large as a king-size duvet or as small as a badge. Such diversification is rare in the embroidery industry!
Feiya Embroidery Machines: Multi-Head
Planning to increase the production of your current business, would have you consider one of the Feiya multi-head industrial embroidery machines. Depending of course on your current production status, you have a choice between 2-head up to 12-heads with a space of 400mm between the heads.
The Feiya multi-heads comes out in 9-needle and 12-needles. However, since the 9-needle machines are more popular than the 12-needle, as you don’t often use more than 9 colours on a badge or logo, only the 9-needle machines are imported.
Contrary to the Feiya single-head embroidery machines, all their multi-head embroidery machines have an embroidery space of 400x450mm.

Feiya Embroider Machine Features
- With a maximum speed of 850 stitches per minute, it’s fast enough to quickly finish your first embroidery project with ease.
- It has a maximum memory stitch count of 1,000,000.
- All Feiya industrial embroidery machines are computer-controlled with a built-in LCD screen or touch screen, depending on which model you choose.
- All the models comes included with an auto-thread trimming device. However, an economy version without thread trimming is also available.

Each Feiya embroidery machine model comes included with:
- A tool kit and a selection of spare parts
- Tablestand with wheels
- Operating manual
- 1 large border frame for a very large motive or large badge embroidery
- 1 cap attachment with 2 sets of cap frames

Optional Accessories For Multi-Heads
The above-mentioned accessories are available for multi-heads, but are sized differently. In our experience, 8-in-1 and belt frames are not really used by multi-head embroiderers, as they focus more on bulk garment and cap embroidery. Therefore, it’s not specifically imported. Spares & Support
A common overlooked matter when people are looking to buy a foreign brand or import an embroidery machine, is spare parts and support. The last thing you need is for your money maker to become a piece of unused furniture for weeks because you’re waiting for parts.
Fortunately the Feiya brand is quite established in South Africa and the importers have a sizable selection of spare parts, should the need arise.
